One-hour Movement Screen & Testing Session:
We use a series of movement tests to create a bespoke “prehab” programme that’s ideal to get you great results quickly.
This will be a combination of stretching, Myofascial release and mobility exercises. You’ll also perform a series of fitness tests so we can measure your general level of fitness. Six weeks later we’ll test you again to find out how you are progressing in training.One-hour Onboarding session:

We will give you the tools by creating a customised food plan that takes into account any food intolerances and/or allergies. We’ll encourage you to keep an online food diary to share with us and we’ll help to keep you on track with regular feedback.

I took part in a UWCB event last year. I went to Rob to build up my stamina and flexibility. He only had eight weeks to achieve the results as that was when my fight was. He wrote me a personalised menu (being vegan was not straight forward) he showed me a series of stretches and roller work. Put me through some strength training and cardio specifically designed for boxing. I had flu half way through the program and Rob tweaked it so I could still do some training and a slight change of menu. I went into the ring lighter,leaner, able to move with confidence also knowing if need be I would see the last bell with some in the tank to keep throwing hits. Needless to state I won and this is no small thanks to the help I received from Rob. Our founder Rob Callow used to work in the City of London, with a hectic schedule and a stressful job that involved sitting in a desk much of the day. In 2007 he saw an opportunity to improve his lifestyle and to help others too.
He swapped from a sedentary office lifestyle to enabling business people regain their fitness and health.
Asides from fitness and nutrition training Rob saw the value in educating people in how the right diet and exercise can transform their lives and their wellbeing.

Today Rob is a qualified fitness and nutritional instructor with over 15 prestigious qualifications ranging from Premier Training Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage and Premier Training Diploma in Lower Back Pain & Exercise Referral.
Rob regularly updates his programme to ensure his clients benefit from the latest innovations in fitness and nutrition. However his mission statement has always remained the same.
