What can I expect from Small Group Personal Training?

When undertaking Small Group Personal Training with Transform, it's not just about the exercise classes. Small Group Personal Training focuses on a mixture of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, wrapped up with support and accountability. So what does that mean exactly?

Nutrition

Not only will you receive guidance, but you can also access a recipe plan database, learn how to demystify food terminology, and build up knowledge about nutrition, in terms of food groups, tips and tricks of actions that might lead to weight gain, and covers a lot more relating to helping you, the client, make more informed nutritional choices.

Lifestyle Habits

A big focus is on simple habits that lead to the overall goal of losing weight, feeling better, or having more energy. Regular weekly accountability check-ins help coach you in any areas that you might be struggling in. It differs from person to person so that individual coaching is gold!

Group Training

There is a maximum of 6 people in a session, you get personalised attention, and helps build the rapport of people in the group. It comprises of a mixture of bodyweight exercises as well as weighted resistance (dumbbells and bands).
