4 High-Protein, Egg-Free & Low Calories Breakfast
Beyond the Scramble: 3 Delicious High-Protein Breakfasts (No Eggs Required!)
When you think of a high-protein breakfast, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? For many busy professionals and active adults over 40, it’s often eggs! And for good reason – eggs are a versatile and nutritious option that can power you through your morning.
However, we believe in providing you with a full toolkit of choices to support your Nutrition (N) goals within our T.R.A.N.S.F.O.R.M. framework. Whether you’re looking for egg-free options due to dietary preferences, a desire for variety, or simply practicing moderation, diversifying your breakfast can be a game-changer. It helps ensure you’re getting a broad spectrum of nutrients and keeps your taste buds excited.
Here are three high-protein, egg-free, and satisfying breakfast ideas designed to fuel your day and keep you feeling energised, without relying on the humble egg.
