Other useful fat burning info:
To lose 1llb per week you are going to need to create a 3500 calorie deficit (i.e. less than your BMR total for the week). So if your BMR (the Basal Metabolic Rate – the rate you need to stay the same weight) is 1500 per day and you are a woman, you will need to be at 1000 calories which includes exercise.
Simple rule: the more calories you burn (or don’t consume) the greater the calorie deficit and the greater the weight loss.
