Water Drinking Habit
We all know how essential it is to drink water regularly and we have all heard that our bodies contain over 60% water. Drinking water (500 mil) before your three healthy meals a day increases fat loss. Drinking two cups of water before a meal will keep you hydrated, fuller, and may even boost your metabolism for an hour. And all you need to do is turn on your tap!
When your brain signals thirst it usually meant that you are dehydrated. This is because you are not drinking the amount of water your body needs. For women it is recommended to drink 1.6 – 2.5 litres of water per day. For men = about 2 – 3 litres of fluid per day.
