Toxins tend to build up in our bodies over time. Most commonly from caffeine, alcohol, poor diet, medication or stress. Our bodies are exposed to toxins on a daily basis. Due to the toxins you can experience feel foggy, slow and not quite 100% right.
Here are few ways you can reset your body for a start fresh!
Physical Detox: Such as deep tissue massage or sauna. It forces toxins out of the body with pressure or heat. Remember to drink LOADS of water to wash the toxins away faster!
Juice Cleanse: This aids the digestive system while adding antioxidants and nutrients back into the system. A juice detox can last a number of days but make sure you have some food if you feel faint, weak or dizzy.
Herbal Teas: Can help flush your body’s digestive system of toxins built up from things we eat and drink. Try these popular teas = Milk Thistle, Burdock, Ginger and Dandelion.

Chose workouts that makes you happy – whether is Zumba, running, yoga, body pump, surfing, hoolahoop, heavy weights, boxing/ kickboxing. Find the one right for you – be an explorer, don’t be afraid to try new things!
4. Be a Record Breaker
Ran 5km this week? Make it 10km next week!
Done 10 burpees? Do 20 next time!
Help plank for 30 seconds? Hold it for 1 minute tomorrow!
5. Eat Breakfast of Champions!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day – yes I know you’ve heard it 100 times and I’ve said it over 200 times BUT it never gets old. Feed your body with balance breakfast full of protein, carbs and little fat! Let your creativity flow to make the breakfast of champions that you are!

Take your children for a small run around the park, take your teenage daughter to a Zumba class, run a family yoga class…
